FAQs

Product Information

What are your products made of?

The Puptisserie treats are made from Australian grown produce and all-natural ingredients. These are sourced from within Brisbane and surrounds. There are no artificial additives, preservatives, flavours or other nasties included that aren’t good for our furry friends.

For more information about individual product ingredients, we have made sure to include them on each product in the store.

How fresh are the products?

Preparation of ingredients and baking of our treats occurs 5 days a week (Sun-Thu) and are made to order. This ensures our products are as fresh as they can be. Afterall, what pooch wants month old treats, right?

Have your products been tested responsibly?

The well-being of our furry friends is very important to us. Because of this, we spent over 12 months researching prior to production. To develop a suitable set of recipes, specifically catered to our furry friends, we have drawn on the expertise and consulted with veterinarians and pet owners alike. In addition to this, we have examined a variety of clinical research projects on pet foods, natural ingredients and existing treats.

Our research and discussions have spanned a wide range of platforms and mediums as well as drawing on our own personal experience.

The Puptisserie has put in the hard yards so that you don’t have to.

The result is peace of mind that your pet can now enjoy a treat that is not only delicious but good for them! Our products are free from any artificial and unnecessary additives.

We have made sure that nothing is included that might adversely affect your four (or sometimes three) legged friends.

Once we have determined that all our ingredients are safe for dogs, we consider combinations that will taste great. We always try our own samples, to make sure they are delicious and then have our Director of Fluffy Operations do the final check for review (she’s a Kelpie Cross and very fussy!).

How do I store the treats?

Please keep your treats in the fridge!

As you know, our treats have no preservatives in them. To ensure that you get the most out of each batch and that they go the distance, you will need to keep them refrigerated.

What is the shelf-life of the treats?

For your convenience, each batch has an expiry date. We recommend your floof consumes their treats within 10-14 days from baking to ensure maximum freshness.

Please still keep them in the fridge.

How much time do you need to make a Cake?

We need at least 3 days head of time to fill any cake orders, this way we’re able to plan appropriately and make sure your order is super-fresh!

If you need it sooner, ask if we can make it quickly by contacting us before placing your order.
